Descripción

- Standard Desktop Software installation, debugging and configuration - Mail client and cloud terminal configuration as well as hardware fault handling for terminal network - Installation, debugging and configuration of peripherals and hardware (judgment, maintenance, and replacement of peripherals’ accessories hardware, including printers, fax machines, scanners, projectors, etc.) - Hardware fault judgement and second level maintenance, Spare Parts Management and replacement service for laptops and desktops (IMAC and Break & Fix) - Standard mobile phone software installation and configuration - Printing equipment routine inspection and troubleshooting - Conference Room connecting, troubleshooting, business support etc. - Domain configuration - The confidential room hardware low level format or degaussing (for R&D) - Server room routine inspection and air conditioning in server room routine maintenance - UPS routine maintenance of server room (Coordinate with and monitor the vendor to technical support and maintain) - Wireless network fault handling (The quality test of wireless network(whether have blind spots, delay, switch)) - Fault handling and maintenance of Access Control System - Attendance machine’s node network fault processing, system stability maintenance, data upload processing, time calibration - CCE fault handling (Based on the abnormal information of network equipment configuration management in ITSM, and fault generated in the CCE) Standard working days: Monday to Saturday Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM Any special request of support outside the agreed Hours of Service will be considered as out of scope support and will be invoiced

Requerimientos

- Typically a professional degree or equivalent experience - 2-4 years related experience in a telephone or field support specialty such as base operating systems knowledge - Technical expertise on desktop environment - Professional customer communication skills - Microsoft Operating systems (windows 9x, 2000, NT, XP, 7, 8, 10), OS Certifications preferred - Network configuration - Strong technical knowledge in PC, Mobile, Laptop and peripherals - Good english and spanish Communication skills (Read, write and listen)
